ICI became a PeopleSoft Consulting Services Provider following the August 2003 PeopleSoft acquisition of J. D. Edwards & Co. Consulting Services Providers comprise a select group of consulting firms that provide comprehensive implementation and support services to PeopleSoft customers. This diverse group consists of organizations with local, regional, national and international operations that specialize in applications, technology and project management. CSPs offer customers unique or niche skills and a broader geographic presence than PeopleSoft Global Services alone can offer.

As a PeopleSoft CSP, ICI offers PeopleSoft customers a full range of capabilities and project services, including, but not limited to, application consulting, technology expertise, documentation, custom programming and project management. ICI collaborates with PeopleSoft Global Services to ensure that customers receive maximum value from their software investments.

PeopleSoft was acquired by Oracle in December 2004.
