Since its inception in 1993, ICI has implemented, integrated and supported all aspects of J. D. Edwards & Co. enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions, most notably JDE World and One World offerings. In 1995, ICI officially became a J. D. Edwards & Co. Implementation Support Partner.

J. D. Edwards & Co. was acquired by PeopleSoft in August 2003.
